It is located where I once attended school. This is the County high school for whites in Humphrey County--my boyhood county--which I had the pleasure of helping to plan and create sentiment for its erection. I had to go before the county tax-levying body making a talk and answering questions. I told this body of men that a negro school was being built every day in the south, more modern than any school in this county for whites. They value $30,000"
