Photo shows the front view of Bolivar County Industrial County school and a handwritten note on the back that says "Built 1920-21." and "The day after we're at this town, the jail was torn down and in its place a business house is to be erected. There had been no prisoners in the jail in 18 months, and they thought it was a useless expense. I am wondering how much the large county taining school has contributed to the new condition. This an all negro town and represents the consolidation of 7 schools. It is an A grade high school. S.L.S."
