Now, schools much better are being abandoned for new, modern Rosenwald Schools, each year. It was remodeled in 1934-35. Enlarged from Kodak picture. Taken by S. L. Smith in April 1929. Dedicated by Booker T. Washington and State Supt. Feagan in June 1914. The first 6 State Agents of Negro Ed. in the So. were present as guests at the Dedication: Jackson Davis, Va.; F. C. Button, Ky.; Jos. L. Sibley, ALa.; Leo M. Favrot, Ark.; N.C. Newhold, N.C.; and S.L. Smith, Tenn.".
