A letter sent to Mr. Booker T. McGraw from Mr. George M. Reynolds on September 21, 1939 seeking updated information about Mr. McGraw status after the fellowship. Mr. McGraw was an Economics and Business professor, as well as the Head of Administration department, for Lincoln University at the time, and he had a salary increase. Mr. McGraw also mentioned that he obtained a Ph.D. degree in June.
