A letter sent to Mr. E. Horace Fitchett from Mr. George M. Reynolds on September 26, 1939 appreciating the Rosenwald Fund for the opportunity, and he enclosed his progress report. Mr. Fitchett was a Social Science professor, as well as the Dean, for Claflin College, and he had made a publication since his fellowship.
