Reynolds from Mr. U.S. Brooks on September 25, 1939 relaying the stubborn work Mr. Brooks undertook, so the results were coming extremely slow, and nothing had been published. Mr. Brooks also mentioned that he called Mr. Reynolds office when he was out of the city but was not expecting Mr. Reynolds to be interested in his project.
