A telegram sent to Mr. George M. Reynolds from Ms. Gladys Webb on October 25, 1939 regarding Mr. Aaron Douglas being in New York until he returned to Fisk in the second semester. Also included is a letter sent to Mr. Douglas from Mr. Reynolds on September 21, 1939 seeking updated information about Mr. Douglas' status after the fellowship. Mr. Douglas was an Assistant Art Education professor for Fisk University at the time, and he had held exhibitions at Dillard University, Fisk University, Lincoln University.
