A confidential folder from the Julius Rosenwald Fund covering review of fellowships and grants in aid from 1928 through 1945, fields of study of Negro and White fellows, and lists of fellows. The folder includes a list of fellowship programs and total awards granted in each, including the early fellowship program from 1928 through 1936, the recent fellowship program from 1936 through 1945, the scholarship aid program from 1941 through 1944, labor scholarships in 1945, development of personnel in Negro health from 1934 through 1944, development of personnel in rural education from 1937 through 1945, fellowships in the mental and social sciences from 1930 through 1955, southern fellowships in social science from 1930 through 1932, Social Science Research Council grants in aid from 1931 through 1945, library administration at Emory University from 1930 through 1933 and from 1943 through 1945, and grants in aid to Negro social workers from 1942 through 1944.
