Some candidates had reappointments, including Mr. Byron Leslie Burford, Jr., Mr. Martin Dibner, Mr. Edward Flud Burrows, Mr. James Warren Prothro, Ms. Margaret Caldwell James, and Mr. Solomon Sutker.
