A list of Negro and White Southerner Rosenwald fellowships awarded and scholarship-aids awarded in 1943, as well as scholarships awarded to college seniors in 1944. Negro fellows awarded include, Mrs. Thelma D. Ackiss, Mr. Ralph Bunche, Ms. Catherine Cater Golightly, Mrs. Florence R. Murray, Mr. Roi Ottley, Mr. Leon E. Wright, and so on. White Southerner fellows awarded include, Mr. Brewton Berry, Mr. Julien Binford, Ms. Harnett T. Kane, Ms. Pauline Dingle Knobbs, Mr. Hudson Strode, Ms. Louise Young, and so on. Negro scholarship-aids awarded include, Mr. Harold W. Lucien, Ms. Cecilia Nabrit, Mr. Antoinette Saunders, Ms. Elaine C. Brazier, Ms. Catherine E. Lewis, Mr. William J. Moore, Jr., Mr. Warren G. Dorsey, Ms. Lucinda Marie Barnes, Ms. Edna A. Truitt, Ms. Alma Louise Vaughan, Ms. Amanda B. Crump, Ms. Alice R. Nixon, Ms. Angela L. Evans, Ms. Charlotte M. Smith, and Mr. Phyllis A. Wallace. White Southerner scholarship-aids awarded include, Ms. Martha C. Mitchell, Mr. Bradley Twitty, Mr. Robert A. Lively, Ms. Margaret Price, Ms. Erie Elizabeth Bobo, and Mr. Liddon McPeters.
