An announcement from Teachers College, Columbia University offering scholarships and teaching fellowships for the academic year 1938 to 1939 in the field of Education of the Handicapped, and they would be open to teachers in 3 fields: teachers and administrators in special institutions for the physically, mentally, or socially handicapped, nurses, social workers, psychologists, etc. in public or private agencies dealing with the education, rehabilitation, and vocational placement of the handicapped; and teachers and supervisors of special cases for the physically or mentally handicapped in public or private schools for the general school population.
