Application from Tina Eugene Holtzelaw Bohannon, the supervisor of Adult Education at the District of Columbia WPA. She applied for a fellowship to study at Columbia University in July 1938 and then did field work in New York till the completion of the work for a masters degree in Education in June 1939. She also mentions that she would do several months of field work in Chicago, Atlanta, Memphis, and Dallas.
