An application from Alma Lirline Stegall for a fellowship in Education. Ms. Stegall was the Head of the Elementary Education Department and the Director of Student Teaching for Elementary Schools for George State College at the time of this application. Her plan of work was to make a thorough analysis of the pre and in service education of the Jeanes Supervisors in Georgia. The grant was sought from September 1948 through June 1949 . The training in Education would be done under the supervision of Dr. Ruth G. Strickland at Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
