An application from Emmett Edward Robinson for a fellowship in Drama. Mr. Robinson was a Community theatre director and designer for the Footlight Players at the time of this application. His plan of work was to write and compile a manual for a community theatre in the South, with drawings and illustrations. The grant was sought from 1948 1949 .
