An application from Oscar W. Ritchie for a fellowship in Sociology. Mr. Ritchie was a Instructor in Sociology for Kent State University at the time of this application. His plan of work was to study the factors involved in the integration of Negro teachers into the faculties of the non segregated colleges and universities in the United States. The grant was sought from September 1948 through September 1949 . The training in Sociology would be done at the University of Wisconsin.
