An application from LTanya Bernice Griffin for a fellowship in Art Fashion Designing. Ms. Griffin was the owner of a fashion designing salon at the time of this application. Her plan of work was to study Paris advanced sketching, advanced period designing, and advanced modern designing, as well as a complete study of fabrics. The grant was sought from April 1948 through April 1949 . The training would be done under the supervision of Schiaparelli at Ecole de Chambre Coutier.
