An application from Daniel Thomas Skinner for a fellowship in Language and Literature. Mr. Skinner was an Assistant professor of Modern Languages for Morgan State College at the time of this application. His plan of work was to write a thesis on Louis Fréchette, poet in public life. The grant was sought from September 1947 through September 1948 . The training in Romance Languages would be done under the supervision of Professor Marcel Françon at Harvard University.
