An application from Violet Helen King for a fellowship in Education. Ms. King was the Chairman of the Division of Education for Dillard University at the time of this application. Her plan of work was to evaluate the Teacher training program in selected Liberal Arts colleges for Negroes. The grant was sought from August 1947 . The training in Education would be done under the supervision of Dr. Louie Webb at Northwestern University.
