Description
An application from Grace Towns Hamilton for a fellowship in Education. Ms. Hamilton was an Executive of the Atlanta Urban League at the time of this application. Her plan of work was to observe the methods and techniques used in social action programs designed to promote full participation in community life in order to determine and develop processes applicable to Southern communities. The grant was sought from September 1947 through September 1948 . The training would be done at the New School of Social Research and/or Columbia University.
