An application from Edwin Richardson Edmonds for a fellowship in Social Work. Mr. Edmonds was a Student at the time of this application. His plan of work was to study the Negro blind in 3 Southern states, their needs, and the extent to which these needs are being met by public and private agencies. The grant was sought from September 1947 through June 1948 . The training in Social Ethics would be done under the supervision of Dean Walter Muelder at Boston University.
