Description
An application from Louis Phillip Clark for a fellowship in Physics. Mr. Clark was a Research Physicist and the Head of Vibration and Flutter section for the Navy Air Experimental Station at the time of this application. His plan of work was to study the methods and techniques employed in conducting aerolastic instability investigations at several aircraft research organizations in Great Britain. The grant was sought from June 1947 . Also included is a document where Mr. Clark listed the publications he had made from 1942 through 1946.
