Her plan of work was to obtain a professional diploma at Teachers College, Columbia University with emphasis on Music Education, Voice, and Languages. The grant was sought from June 1947 through June 1948 . The training in Music Education would be done under the supervision of Dr. Harry R. Wilson at Teachers College, Columbia University.
