An application from Arthur C. Banks, Jr. for a fellowship in Political Science. Mr. Banks was a Instructor of History and Political Science for Morehouse College at the time of this application. His plan of work was to investigate the problems of small nations in the international society, the idea of state equality in connection with small nations, the role of small nations at international conferences before and since Versailles, and the contributions of small nations to the contributions of small nations to the growth of international law and world organization. The grant was sought from September 1947 through June 1948 . The training in Political Science would be done at Johns Hopkins University.
