An application from Rachel Thomas Weddington for a fellowship in Human Development. Ms. Weddington was a Research assistant in Social Science for the University of Chicago at the time of this application. Her plan of work was to construct and standardize a group instrument to measure intergroup attitudes and combine the techniques of Social Psychology with the techniques of Social Anthropology. The grant was sought from June 1946 through June 1947 . The training in Social Sciences would be done under the supervision of the Committee on Human Development at the University of Chicago.
