An application from William Alexander Mitchell for a fellowship in Politics. Mr. Mitchell was a Parttime instructor for Princeton University at the time of this application. His plan of work was to analyze the historical development and evolution of the administrative powers with emphasis on the development in certain of the Southern states. The grant was sought from May 1946 through May 1947 . The training in Politics would be done under the supervision of Dr. Wm. S. Carpenter at Princeton University.
