An application from Stiles Bailey Lines for a fellowship in Religion. Ms. Lines was a Student at Columbia University and the Union Theological Seminary, N.Y.C., at the time of this application. Her plan of work was to do graduate work at Columbia University and the Union Theological Seminary, and to study the interracial program of the churches. The grant was sought from June 1946 through June 1947 . The training in Religion and Society would be done under the supervision of Professor Reinhold Neibuhr at Columbia University, the Union Theological Seminary, and Fisk University.
