An application from Clifton Orrin Dummett, Sr., for a fellowship in Public Health Administration. Mr. Dummett was a Professor of Dentistry, Chairman of the Department of Oral Health, Director of Dental Clinics, and Chairman of the Dental Administrative Committee for Meharry Medical College at the time of this application. His plan of work was to take courses in Public Health Administration as it related to the profession of Dentistry . The training in Public Health Dentistry would be done under the supervision of Dr. Kenneth Easlick at the University og Michigan School of Public Health. Also included is a document listing the publications Mr. Dummett published from 1944 through 1945.
