An application from James Sylvester Braxton for a fellowship in Public Administration. Mr. Braxton was a Graduate student of the Department of Regional Planning, Harvard University Graduate School of Design at the time of this application. His plan of work was to obtain a Ph.D. degree in Regional Planning at Harvard University. The grant was sought from June 1946 through June 1947 . The training in Regional Planning would be done under the supervision of Professor G. Holmes Perkins at Harvard University.
