An application from L. Howard Bennett for a fellowship in Public Administration, Administrative Law, and Related Social Sciences. Mr. Bennett was a Field representative for the American Council on Race Relations at the time of this application. His plan of work was to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences. The grant was sought from September 1946 through June 1947 . The training in Political Science would be done under the supervision of Professor Leonard D. White at the University of Chicago.
