A letter written by Von DeLaney Mizell outlining his plan and purpose of study, including residency training in pathology and surgery at St. Louis City Hospital 1937 to 1939, studies in obstetrics and gynecology at Rotonda Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, 1939 to 1940, and urology at the University of Vienna 1940 to 1941.
