A letter of correspondence from Virginia M. Alexander to Dr. M.O. Bousfield written on August 8, 1936. Ms. Alexander relayed that she would sail on August 21 for a brief visit to England, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. She had hoped it would be a 3 month travel, but based on her allowed expenses, her planned travel would be cut to 3 weeks. Ms. Alexander wished that Dr. Bousfield would be in Philadelphia for the Medical Convention so they could meet up.
