A letter of correspondence from Virginia M. Alexander to Dr. M.O. Bousfield written on June 28, 1936. Ms. Alexander acknoiwledged Dr. Bousfields letter of June 25. Ms. Alexander found it strange how applications after hers were granted easily while hers had to wait 10 months to be granted to the Board of Trustees. She expressed her purpose for studying Public Health at Yale University was to create a Community Public Health Center in North Philadelphia.
