A letter of correspondence from Virginia M. Alexander to Dr. M.O. Bousfield written on January 29, 1936. Ms. Alexander received a letter from Mr. Edgar Sydenstricker about her program proposal, and he informed her that the Fund wasnt in a position to do anything that year. Ms. Alexander also visited Mr. Roland Morris (Philadelphian member of the Board of the Milbank Board), but he couldnt see the psychology of the proposed Interracial Public Health Center in North Philadelphia.
