A letter of correspondence from Russell H. Oppenheimer to Dr. Raymond Paty written on March 4, 1938. Mr. Oppenheimer mentioned he had received a letter from M.L. Jackson of Valdosta, Georgia. Dr. Jackson had expressed his desire for a fellowship, so Mr. Oppenheimer inquired Dr. Paty if anything could be done for Dr. Jackson.
