A letter of correspondence from M.O. Bousfield to Dr. Charles F. Gibson written on March 17, 1937. Mr. Bousfield mentioned he would send Dr. Gibson a copy of a letter from Dr. Charles M. Griffith (Medical Director of the Veterans Administration). He also mentioned that there were opportunities for additional appointments at Tuskegee, so Mr. Bousfield advised Dr. Gibson to follow the directions in the letter to qualify for an appointment.
