Fellowship candidate reports on Douglas Lester Freelon written by Dr. H.R.M. Landis, Dr. Henry M. Minton, Dr. Eugene Hinson on May 21, 1936. Dr. Freelon sought further training in Urology. He was at the Henry Phipps Institute for 5+ years, and he was in charge of the Urological Dept. of Mercy Hospital since the death of Aldrich Burton. Dr. Freelon was regarded as one without initiative but was serious about continuous improvement, reliable, efficient, and full of courtesy. Also included with these reports are letters between Dr. M.O. Bousfield and Dr. Freelon, as well as a cross reference record of Dr. Lester.
