A letter of correspondence from M.O. Bousfield to Dr. W. Harold Branch written on November 2, 1936. Mr. Bousfield acknowledged Dr. Branchs letter of October 27, and he suggested Dr. Branch communicated directly with both Howard and Medical Medical Colleges. Mr. Bousfield also mentioned that the General Education Board of the Rockefeller Foundation contributed very much more heavily to teaching institutions than does the Rosenwald Fund. Also included with this letter is a handwritten letter by Dr. Branch to Mr. Bousfield.
