Fellowship candidate reports on Allouise Sympson Jaxon written by Mr. Alphonse Henningburg, Dr. W.T.B. Williams, Dr. Eugene H. Dibble on January 29, 1937. Ms. Jaxon was a graduate of Nurse Training School, Tuskegee Institute, and she proved excellent service through her time at John A. Andrew Memorial Hospital, Tuskegee Institute and her time as the Assistant Superintendent of Nurses. Other than that, Ms. Jaxon was regarded as very efficient, absolutely satisfactory, and thoroughly interested in her profession.
