A letter of correspondence from Valla V. Dudley to Mr. Raymond Paty handwritten on August 5, 1936. Ms. Dudley mentioned that she applied for a scholarship about 1.5 years ago, and when she applied, she was assured that she would be notified if she was granted an award. However, Ms. Dudley hadnt been notified at the time, and she was anxious to obtain her Masters degree and enter into a larger field of Health Service. So, Ms. Dudley inquired if she was still eligible to apply and what she could do have her application renewed and considered.
