An application from Vallateen Virginia Dudley for a fellowship in Public Health. Ms. Dudley was a Health Counselor at the time, so she sought further training as a Public Health Administrator, and she chose Public Health as her course of study. The training would be under the supervision of Dr. G. Carl Huber Dean of Graduate School at University of Michigan. This application was submitted on May 16, 1936. Also included is Ms. Dudleys medical record, as well as a few pictures of her and a handwritten essay which highlighted how this fellowship could facilitate in her combat against medical neglect.
