A letter of correspondence from M.O. Bousfield to Ms. Edna Ila Purdie written on January 9, 1939. Mr. Bousfield acknowledged Ms. Purdies letter of January 9. He was disheartened that Ms. Purdie couldnt make it to Philadelphia, so he suggested she could plan for next year in Nashville. Mr. Bousfield mentioned Mrs. Staupers was present throughout their session, and he regarded Mrs. Staupers as an excellent representative of the nursing profession.
