Description
A letter of correspondence from Edna Ila Purdie to Dr. M.O. Bousfield written on November 19, 1937. Ms. Purdie acknowledged Dr. Bousfields letter on November 11 and wanted to know what Southern Hospital needed in an educational director, as well as stated that she would need a Masters degree in Teaching at Columbia. Ms. Purdie also suggested Dr. Bousfield inquire with Mrs. Mabel Staupers and Dr. H. Frances of Norfolk, Virginia of the work she did.
