Wishes to work toward the Doctor of Philosophy degree in History at Indiana University under the supervision of Dr. John D. Barnhardt. The chosen field was History. Also contained is a handwritten evaluative note that assigns a grade of B and an assessment saying “no statements beyond a B”.
