The documents contain fellowship applications from Donald Lee West for 1945 and 1946. In 1945, the applicant was awarded a 1,800 dollars one year grant, commencing in September, to pursue an Ed.D. at the University of Georgia under the supervision of Dean Kenneth Williams.
