The documents contain fellowship applications from Willis Duke Weatherford for 1945 and 1946. He was given 1500 dollars beginning in June 1946 to construct and standardize a group instrument for measuring intergroup attitudes, combining the techniques of social psychology with the techniques of social anthropology. Included is a memorandum summarizing the grant awarded and two handwritten notes evaluating the applications.
