A 1945 application from Freeman Floyd Suagee, a wage rate analyst, requesting a grant for one year beginning June, for research and study in the organization, techniques, and effectiveness of the National War Labor Board as a tri partite agency for handling labor problems with a view to determining and reporting on the advisability and feasibility of establishing a permanent agency of this kind. Wishes to work toward a Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin under the supervision of Professor Selig Perlman. Included is an evaluative note that assigns a grade of B and contains a brief handwritten assessment on the application.
