Written Addendum and Fellowship Application from Elizabeth Walker Reeves
-
Description
-
An application from Elizabeth Walker Reeves, requesting a grant beginning July 1948. The plan of work was to prepare for introduction of a course of study at Howard University in the teaching of Speech, and to obtain a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Speech at Columbia University under the supervision of Dr. Magdalene E. Kramer. This application was submitted in 1948, and the chosen field is Speech. Included is a handwritten note: Interesting. But I don't see likelihood of producing much more than a PhD.
