An application from Yudhisthira Jean Pique, requesting a grant towards researching with Antoinette Gordon in Oriental Department of Natural History Museum, for illustrations to her Tibetian translations. Mr. Pique reapplied for another grant beginning June 1946 towards doing a series of paintings to illustrate the stories of Kate Choppin. These applications were submitted in 1945 and 1946, and the chosen field is Painting. Included is a handwritten note: F rating by Art jury.
