Applications from Edna Fraser, requesting grants in 1946 and 1947 to study the acculturation effects and transference of caste attitudes occasioned by the presence of Negro troops in the European Theatre of War, and later to study the causes of the deterioration of British goodwill towards America. This was to be done at the London School of Economics under Professor Firth and Dr. Richards. Also included is a handwritten note.
