Files documenting fellowship grants for William Henry Dean, Jr., an Instructor in Economics at Atlanta University. He was granted one thousand seven hundred dollars in 1937 and two thousand two hundred dollars in 1938 to revise his doctoral thesis and continue postdoctoral work at Harvard University. A 1939 grant of two thousand five hundred dollars for study in Paris and Stockholm was also awarded, but was surrendered due to the war.
